Wedding at Ballyhouse: A stylish September day with charm, character and champagne

Church wedding with historical flair

In September 2024, I was privileged to accompany a very special wedding celebration – a combination of traditional depth and modern extravagance. The day began in the majestic Castle Church of St. Anton, where the bride and groom exchanged vows in an emotional church ceremony. The light-filled church, the moving words, and the loving atmosphere made this moment a truly magical start to the day.

Legendary guest transport in a London double-decker bus

After the wedding ceremony, the first highlight was waiting for the guests: A bright red London double-decker bus was on hand to transport the wedding party from the church to the ceremony venue in style. This charming idea was not only practical, but also resulted in amazed faces, enthusiastic selfies, and plenty of London vibes in the heart of Switzerland.

Wedding celebration at Ballyhouse – modern, stylish, extravagant

The subsequent celebration in Ballyhouse was as special as the couple themselves – modern, stylish, and full of attention to detail. The elegant location with its clean, urban look provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration. In the afternoon, guests enjoyed fine snacks, good conversation, and, of course, the gorgeous wedding cake, which was lovingly presented as a central element and ceremoniously cut.

A real highlight of the evening was the impressive Champagne Tower, which not only made a visual statement but also officially opened the celebration – a sparkling moment that immediately created a good mood and a touch of Hollywood. As the sun slowly set outside, dinner was served inside: a festive menu that touched not only palates but also hearts. Surrounded by warm candlelight, personal speeches, and loving decorations, an intimate yet festive atmosphere was created.

And then? We celebrated! Party at Ballyhouse was wild, exuberant, and full of energy – just like the bride and groom. Dancing continued until late into the night, accompanied by a fantastic DJ, a great atmosphere, and many little surprises that made this day truly special.

This wedding was the perfect proof of how beautiful it is when couples tell their story in their own, modern way – with style, heart and a touch of extravagance.
