First free meeting
The first free meeting is about getting to know each other. You tell me about yourself, your wishes and plans and I will give you an insight into me and Wild Heart Wedding Planning. I will briefly describe the further procedure and the services to you. The meeting lasts about half an hour and takes place via video call.
Proposal & contract signing
After our meeting I’ll be sending you a proposal with my services and the corresponding prices. Of course you’ll have some time to think about what has been said, about the offer and if you’d like me to plan your wedding (partially or fully). If you decide to work with me (I’m going to be super happy) I’ll send you the contract and/or we meet for the contract signing. After signing the contract we’ll fix a date for our next meeting.
Preparatory meeting
In this meeting we’ll go deep into details. Therefore I’d like to ask you to already think about your wishes, your does and don’ts, your must-haves, the colour palette, etc. How do you imagine your wedding day to be like? Where should it take place? Which styles do you prefer (or not)? Do you already have some vendors in mind? And and and… You may already have a few favorite service providers in mind.
It's time for planning
According to your wishes, your personality and your style I’ll going to create a concept for your wedding, source and propose to you suitable wedding vendors and locations (which we are also going to visit if you like them) and do other to-dos. In your personal organisation board (link will be provided to you after signing the contract) you can keep track on every step of the planning process. Of course I’ll keep you updated (written or oral) about everything. In regular meetings we will talk about the planning progress and the next steps.
Final meeting
In our last meeting, which will take place approx.. 2-3 weeks before your big day, we’re going to talk through your wedding day, the script and discuss the last to-dos. If maid of honors, friends or family are involved on the wedding day, it would be helpful if they could join our last meeting as well (if not, that’s fine too).

Enjoy your day, enjoy your guests, the food, the drinks and celebrate your wedding day to the fullest. As your wedding day coordinator I’ll be there for you in every aspect, I will be receiving the vendors, coordinate the day and take care of your guests.

It's time for planning
Based on your wishes, your personality and style, I will create your wedding concept, introduce you to suitable wedding service providers and locations and follow up on all other to-dos. You can track all planning steps in your personal organization board (I will provide you with the link after signing the contract). Of course, I will always keep you up-to-date in writing or by phone (depending on how you want) and contact you if you have any questions about your decision. You conclude the contracts with the service providers yourself, but I will keep an eye on the contracts and regularly remind you of the payment terms. If necessary, we can meet in person or virtually in recurring meetings.
